Find review candidates with structured filters, then inspect the transcript for evidence. Keep the selection rule with your findings so another reviewer can locate the same population.
Text search and smart search currently return empty placeholder results. They do not search saved messages. An empty response from either route cannot establish that a phrase or behavior never occurred.
You need workspace read access and a permitted credential for List conversations.
1

Start with a narrow population

Choose the agent and time interval first. Add a branch or version filter only when you know the stored identifier you need.
2

Follow pagination

Read conversations, has_more, and next_cursor. Use the returned cursor rather than constructing one or assuming the first page contains every record.
3

Read the evidence

Open conversation details. Record the matching turns and identifiers. Describe any manual transcript search as your review method, not platform search output.
No. The conversation-users API’s search parameter matches a complete user identifier.
Check workspace access, time boundaries, IDs, pagination, and whether relevant records exist.
