An interface needs more than a visual widget. It must have a supported session-access design, event contract, input permissions, loading and failure states, and a defined cleanup lifecycle. No verified public Threetone UI component package is established in this documentation. Private dashboard components and starter applications are implementation examples, not a supported distribution contract.

Prepare the interface

Define the interface’s connection, permission-request, active, interrupted, reconnecting, and ended states. Give controls accessible names, keyboard behavior, visible focus, and appropriate announcements. Keep transcript text readable at narrow widths and support the language direction of the content. Use client events to plan the displayed data and authentication to separate browser session access from server credentials. Do not copy a workspace API key into a component prop or browser bundle.

Release requirements

The public component release must document installation, supported client versions, session creation, event handlers, cleanup, styling boundaries, accessibility behavior, and error handling. Test against the real released transport before embedding it in customer pages.

Frequently asked questions
