Conversation users are people represented in your conversation history. They are separate from workspace members who manage Threetone.
Use the API for this workflow. The Users dashboard currently displays sample data and is not a view of your saved customer records.
You need workspace access, a permitted API key, and saved conversations with an end-user identity.
1

Choose the population

List conversation users with an optional agent_id, branch_id, or call_start_after_unix and call_start_before_unix window. These filters determine which conversations contribute to the counts.
2

Find an identity

Set search to the complete user_id for an exact match. It is not a partial name or email search. Sort by last_contact_unix_secs or conversation_count, and follow next_cursor while has_more is true.
3

Inspect the contributing history

Review conversation_count, first and last contact times, and last_contact_conversation_id. Use List conversations with user_id to inspect the underlying records.
Identity comes from the stored end-user ID, with legacy fallbacks to initiation data or a caller number. Treat it as a conversation identifier, not verified ownership of a phone number or account.
No. The list groups existing conversation records. It does not create a separate contact or workspace membership.
Only stored, valid sentiment results contribute. Check scored_conversation_count before interpreting averages.
