Privacy review starts with the data your workflow collects: transcripts, audio, analysis, tool payloads, and copies sent to connected services. Record why each category is needed and who can access it.
Threetone stores privacy preferences, but automatic retention, redaction, and zero-retention enforcement are not implemented guarantees. The Security editor is a disabled preview. Do not depend on a saved preference to satisfy a storage or deletion requirement.
Agent preferences live under platform_settings.privacy and can be reviewed through the API draft workflow.
1

Inventory the data

List stored records and any downstream copies your own integration creates. Include logs and exported review files in that inventory.
2

Review the saved intent

Inspect privacy fields in the selected configuration. Use versions and drafts to preserve a reviewable proposal without claiming enforcement.
3

Verify each operation's scope

For an authorized removal, review Delete conversation. Confirm which record is affected and separately account for copies outside that operation.
No implemented automatic deletion workflow is established by those settings.
No. Account for exports, backups, logs, and connected services separately.
