Prepare and review
1
Choose a page and placement
Work on a staging copy of the site. Decide whether the experience is an inline section or a launcher, and reserve room for its expanded state on narrow screens.
2
Define the content scope
Create the agent configuration and review its prompt, knowledge references, and support handoff instructions. Keep its workspace, agent, branch, and version IDs with your launch notes.
3
Plan the installation boundary
When a supported embed is released, use Webflow’s documented embed or custom-code mechanism for your site plan. Install the official snippet once; avoid duplicating it in both page content and global code.
4
Test before publishing
Check keyboard navigation, focus restoration, microphone denial, loading failures, and mobile overlap. Confirm that your site’s security policy permits only the verified resources required by the embed.
