A workspace brings your team’s agents, knowledge base, tools, and access settings together. Start by checking the workspace name and owner before changing shared resources or inviting people.

Recording pending: Review your workspace. Follow the written guide below.

Before you begin

Sign in to Threetone with a membership in the workspace you want to manage. You need permission to manage workspace settings to change shared settings. Ask a workspace administrator if an action is unavailable to your account.

Review your workspace

1

Open workspace settings

Open Workspace. On the General page, confirm the workspace name and owner match the team you intend to manage.
2

Check access and allocation

Review the displayed member permissions, current plan, credit balance, and seat allocation. Use Members to inspect membership and Groups to review how people are organized.
3

Choose the administration task

Continue to members and access to invite someone or review sharing. Open API keys when a server or integration needs programmatic access.
You should now know which workspace you are managing, who owns it, and where to review team access. A displayed setting describes the current value; it does not necessarily have an editable control on the General page.

Change the workspace name

On Workspace, select Change workspace name. Enter a non-empty name of up to 100 characters, then select Save. Confirm that the new name appears under Workspace details after the save succeeds. Choose a name your team can recognize when working across multiple workspaces. Renaming a workspace is separate from changing its members or resource access.

Find the right settings

Subscription changes require billing-management access. Check the current terms shown in the dashboard before confirming a billing change. For API access to existing workspace resources, see Get resource and List workspace groups. The subscription response provides subscription information; personal dashboard settings are not all public API operations.

Troubleshooting

  • Details do not load: use Retry on the affected section. Confirm that you are signed in and still have access to the workspace.
  • A change is rejected: check that your account has the required workspace permission. A visible page does not grant permission to change every setting.
  • The wrong team appears: check the workspace name before continuing. Do not invite people or create integration keys until you are in the intended workspace.
For account or workspace help, use the Help Center.

Frequently asked questions

Your account identifies you. The workspace is the context for shared resources and membership. Check the selected workspace before changing shared settings.
No. Membership, resource roles, API-key permissions, and operation authorization are separate. Review each where it applies.
