Your account identifies you when you sign in. A workspace holds the team’s resources and access settings. Check both before changing a shared agent or subscription.

Update your name

1

Open the name editor

Beside Full name, select Update Name.
2

Enter your name

Enter the name you want teammates to see. Use a nonempty value.
3

Save and verify

Select Save. Reopen your profile and confirm the updated name.
Your email is currently displayed as account information. This page does not provide a verified email-change workflow. Use the Help Center if your sign-in identity needs attention.

Add two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication adds a verification step to your sign-in. Prepare an authenticator application before starting.
1

Start setup

Select Add Two-Factor Authentication. If the dashboard requires a recent sign-in, authenticate again and restart setup.
2

Configure your authenticator

Scan the displayed QR code or enter the manual setup code in your authenticator. Keep both codes private.
3

Verify the code

Enter the current Verification Code, then select Verify & Enable.
4

Store the backup code

Save the displayed Backup Code in a private, secure location before closing the dialog. Confirm the profile now shows two-factor authentication enabled.
Never share the QR code, setup secret, verification code, or backup code in a screenshot, recording, repository, or support message. The backup code is used by the supported removal workflow; do not assume it provides every kind of account recovery.
To remove two-factor authentication, select Remove Two-Factor Authentication, enter Your Backup Code, and confirm Remove 2FA. Review your account security before removing the additional verification step.

Workspace administration

Review shared resources, membership, and access.

Frequently asked questions

The displayed Delete account control is not connected to a completed deletion workflow in the documented implementation. Contact support for an account request; do not treat the control as confirmation that account or workspace data was erased.
Security changes can require a recent authenticated session. Complete the sign-in and restart the setup rather than reusing an expired challenge.
No. Keep authentication codes private. Describe the error and the affected account without sending a credential.
