Consolidated billing would let a finance team review several workspaces under an agreed payer and invoice arrangement. Prepare the workspace inventory and allocation rules before changing who pays for shared work.
Self-service consolidated invoicing and workspace billing-group management are not available. Existing subscription reads and some group-aware quota calculations do not establish pooled credits, a shared invoice, or a consolidated payment agreement.

Prepare the billing review

You need the workspace owners, current subscription details, and a finance contact authorized to approve the proposed arrangement.
1

Inventory each workspace

Record the workspace name and ID, business owner, plan, currency, billing interval, and current payer. Keep unrelated legal entities and environments identifiable.
2

Read current subscription information

Use subscription information for the selected workspace. Review status, credits_balance, credits_used, billing-period fields, and open_invoices. This response does not enumerate every workspace in a billing group.
3

Define the proposed arrangement

Document which workspaces should be included, who receives invoices, and how costs should be allocated. Review billing groups for the distinction between saved grouping and billing operations.
Existing professional-voice slot counts can include workspaces in an already configured billing group. That narrow aggregation does not imply that other balances or limits are shared. Before relying on consolidation, confirm the supported setup process, invoice scope, effective date, tax details, and treatment of existing subscriptions through the Help Center.
There is no released consolidated-invoice control. Review current invoices through the existing subscription workflow.
No pooled-credit guarantee follows from the current group metadata or quota reads.
