Credit information helps you understand the balance recorded for your workspace. Read the fields together with subscription status and billing-period dates rather than treating one number as a complete usage report.

Read the subscription information

Use the dashboard or Get user subscription info to inspect the saved information.

Review a balance change

Check the active workspace, the subscription status, and whether a payment or subscription update has completed. Compare the current response with a previously saved response for the same workspace. Keep timestamps and identifiers when asking support to investigate. The detailed usage dashboard is not implemented in the documented source. Saved subscription information does not provide a complete breakdown by agent, model, API key, or current billing month.

Renewals, rollover, and additional usage

The release policy must define how included usage is allocated, when it expires, and how a change of plan affects it. The planned pricing and pay-as-you-go pages describe the intended direction. They are not evidence that the current wallet enforces every planned rule.

Frequently asked questions

Not necessarily. The documented projection reads a wallet usage total. Do not label it current-month usage without a period-specific report.
No. The documented overage field is not a verified metered-charge calculation. Consult the effective pricing and checkout terms for charges.
The current source contains inconsistent free-allocation values. Confirm your actual balance and the effective offer in the dashboard; this guide does not promise a fixed free allotment.
A recorded credit balance alone does not define that conversion. Use the effective plan’s allowances and measurement policy; model and carrier charges can be separate.
