The Agents Platform can import and manage phone numbers backed by Twilio, Exotel, or SIP trunk configuration. Outbound operations are also available for Twilio, Exotel, SIP trunk, and WhatsApp.

Phone numbers

Import a provider-backed number, assign an agent, update supported fields, inspect SIP messages, or remove the Threetone record.

Outbound calls

Use the general outbound-call endpoint with an imported phone number, or use a provider-specific endpoint when the integration requires its native request shape. Batch calling submits multiple recipients as one job and provides list, detail, cancel, retry, export, and delete operations.

Operational requirements

Use E.164 destination numbers, protect provider credentials, and follow the consent, disclosure, recording, and calling rules that apply to each destination.
