# Subscriptions

> Review your plan, start a supported checkout, open billing management, and understand scheduled subscription cancellation.

Review the subscription in the intended workspace before making a billing change. You need billing-management permission for checkout, portal access, and cancellation.

## Review your plan

Open [Subscriptions](https://threetone.in/app/subscriptions). The page uses **Manage your plan**, with **Monthly** and **Yearly** options. Review the saved plan and billing-period details. For a programmatic read, use [Get user subscription info](/api-reference/get-user-subscription-info).

## Start a subscription checkout

This procedure is for starting a new subscription. If you already have a paid subscription, use the billing portal or contact support before choosing another paid-plan checkout. The documented plan buttons do not establish a completed subscription migration workflow.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Choose an available plan">Review the offered paid plan and billing interval. The current catalog is separate from the [planned pricing](/overview/administration/billing/pricing).</Step>
  <Step title="Review checkout">Select the plan's purchase action. In the returned checkout, check the product, amount, currency, interval, and terms before confirming payment.</Step>
  <Step title="Confirm the saved subscription">Return to the dashboard and refresh the subscription information. Read [Get user subscription info](/api-reference/get-user-subscription-info) to verify the saved plan, actual status, period, and balance. The displayed Active badge and a successful return URL are not independent confirmation that payment or subscription processing finished.</Step>
</Steps>

## Open billing management

For an existing paid subscription, select **Manage Billing**. The dashboard opens the customer portal in another tab. Review the options the portal actually provides for payment details, invoices, and subscription settings.

If the portal is unavailable, check workspace access and whether a provider customer exists for the subscription. Keep the error's request identifier when contacting support. Do not send card details or credentials.

## Schedule cancellation

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the confirmation">Select **Cancel Subscription** and read **Cancel subscription?**.</Step>
  <Step title="Confirm the intended action">Select **Keep Subscription** to leave it active, or **Yes, Cancel** to request cancellation.</Step>
  <Step title="Verify the saved state">Refresh the subscription and check `cancel_at_period_end` and its billing-period end. Cancellation is scheduled for the billing boundary; it is not an immediate deletion or refund request.</Step>
</Steps>

<Warning>
  The documented plan grid does not provide a verified complete upgrade, downgrade, or same-tier interval-change workflow. A different paid-plan button can start another checkout, while some displayed choices have no completed action. Contact support before treating those controls as a plan migration.
</Warning>

  <Accordion title="Does cancellation delete agents or account data?" id="faq-cancellation-data">No deletion is performed by this cancellation workflow. Data access, retention, and account deletion are separate matters.</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="What if no invoices appear?" id="faq-missing-invoices">An empty view can mean no invoices were returned or that a provider lookup failed. Check the customer portal and contact support with the relevant transaction context. Do not conclude that no payment occurred solely from an empty list.</Accordion>
