# Find conversations for review

> Use supported conversation list filters while text and semantic message search remain unavailable.

Find review candidates with structured filters, then inspect the transcript for evidence. Keep the selection rule with your findings so another reviewer can locate the same population.

<Note>
  Text search and smart search currently return empty placeholder results. They do not search saved messages. An empty response from either route cannot establish that a phrase or behavior never occurred.
</Note>

You need workspace read access and a permitted credential for [List conversations](/api-reference/agents-platform/list-conversations).

| Filter | Use |
| - | - |
| `agent_id`, `branch_id`, `version_id` | Select the relevant configuration |
| `call_start_after_unix`, `call_start_before_unix` | Bound the review interval |
| `user_id` | Inspect an end user's stored history |
| `text_only` | Select the conversation mode |
| `page_size`, `cursor` | Read the result set in pages |

<Steps>
  <Step title="Start with a narrow population" id="search-select-population">
    Choose the agent and time interval first. Add a branch or version filter only when you know the stored identifier you need.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Follow pagination" id="search-follow-pagination">
    Read `conversations`, `has_more`, and `next_cursor`. Use the returned cursor rather than constructing one or assuming the first page contains every record.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Read the evidence" id="search-read-evidence">
    Open [conversation details](/api-reference/agents-platform/get-conversation-details). Record the matching turns and identifiers. Describe any manual transcript search as your review method, not platform search output.
  </Step>
