# Implementation guides

> Choose a practical setup guide for API integrations, web experiences, conversation review, and planned channel workflows.

Start with a guide that matches the task you need to complete. Each guide states what can be configured or inspected today and which execution steps require a future release.

## Capacity and commercial planning

Use [call queueing](/agents-platform/guides/call-queueing) to define admission and waiting behavior for a future channel integration. Read [burst pricing](/agents-platform/guides/burst-pricing) before treating a capacity plan as a billing commitment. Neither guide establishes a released queue or an active rate.
